QVM’s Night Market starts in just a couple of weeks away (Wednesday 5th November) with the following blurb received this week –
“We're back for our 17th year with all the merrymaking and summer frivolities that you could possibly hope for. Every Wednesday night until March 25 (excluding Christmas Eve & NYE), eat and drink your way around the world and discover new locally made and designed arts, crafts, clothing and accessories as well as the return of the crew behind Vintage Garage. There's also going to be more music than ever across three stages and with roving performances throughout the market.
This year, the market welcomes a new champagne and oyster bar featuring Piper Hiedsieck bubbles and fresh market oysters, as well as Scott Pickett's Estelle, gourmet pies, the return of Hammer & Tong's famous Soft Shell Crab Burger, traditional pizzas from 400 Gradi.
Once again, the Night Market will offer a curated selection of craftspeople, designers, artisans and providores during the season, browse homewares crafted from ‘up-cycled’ bike parts by Tread & Pedals, pick up an original artwork from Devert Fanny, handcrafted jewellery by Mecino, locally made make up range from Montana Bliss or select a carefully crafted terrarium from Little Lands. And be sure to check out String Bean Alley regular stall holders who will open after dark, featuring specially curated wares.”
