Scott, along with fellow chef Joe Grbac won the Age Good Food Guide’s Best New Restaurant in 2013 with Saint Crispin. He has wide ranging experience including working with famous names like Paul Bocuse and Gordon Ramsay.
According to articles in the Melbourne press he intends creating a modern deli and rotisserie at QVM with a variety of offerings throughout the day including an after work cocktail facility, wine bar and restaurant in the evening. The new facility has been designed by the largest hospitality design firm in the world, Hirsch Bedner Associates, and will operate 7 days per week from 7am to 11pm.
Scott has talked about his excitement at working at QVM where he has many friends and suppliers and he is looking forward to highlighting Victoria’s incredible local produce.
