Applications for the Melbourne Lord Mayor’s Commendations
are now open. Applications may be made by small businesses (less than 20
fulltime employees) that have operated continuously for at least 10 years in the city of
Melbourne.
Many QVM Traders have received commendations in recent years
including John Magno, Kevin & Annette Stanisich (Platinum Award for
Generational contribution) and Wayne Chitty. The awards involve a presentation evening
at Melbourne Town Hall, an opportunity to meet with other recipients from
across Melbourne’s retail community, and are a worthwhile memento of the
contribution made by small business.
