Apparently the developer of the new apartment tower at the old Stork Hotel site on Elizabeth St. is in trouble over car parking. Two levels of basement car parking where omitted from the final construction despite being part of the building approval.
Apparently City Council is considering what penalties may be applied. One suggestion offered to Victraders.com is that they could be required to build two levels of basement parking at a nearby location - maybe under A, B, C sheds at QVM?
